Two-phase project: 1 week in April and last 2 weeks of May 2022. Full remodel with June opening deadline. Pool had 20-year-old liner and groundwater problem similar to Echo Park. Complete tear-out revealed many big cracks needing mechanical supports before concrete patching. Several skimmer throats and bodies required complete demo and rebuild - ripped out cracked concrete, shaped and repoured square, replaced stone coping. Large staircase, deep end with race lines and wall targets. Custom fittings for various pipes and returns throughout pool.
