Big Kahuna's Water & Adventure Park — Lazy River Remodel

Full remodel of lazy river system spanning December 2023-February 2024. Addressed multiple surge tanks (large and small), extensive resurfacing, pipe work, refabrication of skimmers and jets (wall and floor), custom membrane coping, and waterproofing around slides mounted into the river. Fixed massive water loss caused by concrete cracks in sandy soil, enabling much faster filling. Project included staircase work, handrail mounting systems, main drain covers, and large surge tank cover repairs.

21,000+ sq ft of new PVC membrane installed
