Project Summary

One week of labor over several months of plan revisions, finished October 2023. Stainless pool originally designed for tile finish until budget constraints. Contractor had multiple problems: pool built too low below outside floor decking that was supposed to meet pool edge, and needed code-compliant finish on stainless. After revising and resourcing correct materials, fixed height difference issue and waterproofed the pool. Worked during live construction of building being built and furnished. Welded custom logo into floor, lined large staircase, operated JLG Skytrak to move materials/tools/debris from 3rd floor roof. Solutions saved contractor from having to change beams at pool bottom to fix design issues, saving significant money.
