Project Summary

November 2021 project on 7th floor of 52-story luxury residential building. After extensive email correspondence and paperwork, addressed problem of rusting metal bushings threaded through steel pool walls. Original design: PVC threaded to small metal tube passing into pool and welded flush - over time water caused rust visible through liner (waterproofed only on inside, pipes never sealed). When plumber arrived to replace fittings, Branson recommended bypassing bushing altogether. Installed membrane cover plate over rust-stained areas and changed some fittings to VGBA compliance.
