Two-week January 2023 project addressing old liner issues requiring full revamp. Identified French drain leaking into below floor and stainless shell not being watertight. Main issue: square flanges covering square main drain boxes had circular centers for drain covers, allowing water escape through flange causing huge leak under membrane that traveled to missed welds in stainless. Fully lined French drain eliminating caulking needs, reconnected to membrane decking creating one watertight system. Small staircase and tile border membrane installation. Pool turned out beautiful.
