Two-phase project: June 2022 emergency response and April 2023 permanent repair. Gutter previously lined was fine, but pool had severe issues with large amounts of water behind membrane causing dramatic wall swelling in deep end and soft floor throughout. Friend flew Branson in with diving equipment during busy season. After diving inspection and system checks, calculated inadequate flow from floor returns indicating major underground plumbing failure. Created 3 discrete underwater pump systems with valves and channels behind membrane to pump out water and keep pool operational for remaining 3 months of season. Worked with construction company to plan permanent fix: leak detection company pre-demo, safe machinery access plan, concrete cutting and pipe replacement, proper floor return count for code. Returned to fix large main drain, set all floor returns, replaced all membrane and race lines.
