Echo Park Swimming Complex — Lane Pool & Dive Pool

All of May 2023 project covering two pools in same building. Lane pool included typical grinding, custom coping, internal custom pipe fittings, laser-accurate race lines and wall targets. Dive pool more complicated with common deep-end problem of groundwater seeping in. Used resurfacing and 2-part expansion foam to fix groundwater issue along with hydrostatic valves and cut-in channels to direct unwanted water. Same coping and secure membrane installation. Worked around multiple companies doing painting, custom metal work, large window replacement, and epoxy flooring.
