Two-week May 2024 project on 50' pool, kiddie pool, surge tank and pump room. Kiddie pool required ordering different skimmers to fit plumbing and shell thickness, terminating around water feature, and rediscovering skimmer equalizers hidden under membrane on floor beneath skim coat of concrete. Surge tank work through small access point involved cutting out unnecessary plumbing, breaking out wall section for new plumbing, resurfacing walls, and membrane installation for watertight finish including auto-fill system. Specialized work that larger membrane companies declined.
