These Terms and Conditions describe how Torwyn Solutions LLC operates, the expectations for working with us, and the protections in place for both our clients and our team. By using our website, requesting a quote, contacting us, or hiring us for any service, you agree to the conditions outlined here.
Torwyn Solutions LLC provides commercial pool renovation, membrane installation, waterpark repair, artificial thatch installation, drainage upgrades, design consultation, and troubleshooting services. We are committed to clarity, honesty, and delivering quality work that matches our standards and reputation.
Torwyn Solutions provides installation, renovation, consulting, diagnostic, and repair services. We are not an engineering firm and do not provide engineering analysis or stamped structural documents. If an engineer, architect, or licensed contractor is required for a project, we will let you know and you agree to secure those services.
We do not guarantee that our recommendations are a substitute for structural analysis, municipal requirements, or engineering review.
All written estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices may change if project scope changes, if hidden conditions are discovered, if material prices increase, or if scheduling shifts affect labor availability or project timing.
No verbal pricing is binding. Only written estimates or written approvals count.
If the client requests additional work during the project, changes must be confirmed through written approval such as text message, email, online form confirmation, or signed documentation.
You agree that any of the following count as written, binding approval for work to proceed:
These confirmations legally authorize Torwyn Solutions to perform the approved work and to charge accordingly.
Torwyn Solutions offers fast response when possible. Response time depends on location, workload, safety conditions, and availability. Submitting an emergency form does not guarantee immediate service.
Diagnostic visits identify the issue. Same day repair is not guaranteed and depends on materials, labor availability, safety, and required approvals.
We reserve the right to refuse service if site conditions are unsafe, if access is blocked, or if the conditions violate safety standards.
Torwyn is not responsible for damage caused by preexisting leaks, structural failures, chemical imbalance, poor prior workmanship, or hazardous conditions that existed before our arrival.
Torwyn Solutions provides a 1 year workmanship warranty on repairs, installations, and renovations we directly perform.
Membrane materials carry a separate manufacturer warranty, currently 15 years under CGT's published guidelines. Failures related to chemical misuse, vandalism, environmental events, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or structural movement are not covered.
If our work is modified, altered, or repaired by another contractor without written approval, all warranties are void.
Pools, spas, waterparks, and aquatic facilities often contain hidden issues that cannot be discovered until demolition or drainage begins. Structural cracks, erosion, substrate failure, plumbing issues, and equipment damage may only become visible after work starts.
If hidden issues are discovered, you will receive a written change order outlining additional work and cost. Work will not continue until approval is provided.

Payment terms are listed on each estimate or invoice. Late payments may incur fees. Work may pause if payments are not made according to schedule.
Materials purchased specifically for the client's project are nonrefundable.
Torwyn Solutions owns the right to photograph work performed for documentation, training, and portfolio purposes.
We will never disclose:
For commercial or public facilities, displaying the facility name is acceptable unless the client requests otherwise.
If a client prefers that photos not be used for marketing, they may send a written request and we will remove or exclude images.
Torwyn Solutions is not liable for:
Torwyn carries appropriate insurance for its work but is not liable for costs beyond the direct scope of our services.
If you need to cancel or reschedule work, notify us as soon as possible. Deposits may be forfeited if materials have already been ordered or if rescheduling impacts other projects.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
